How long does worldwide shipping take?

International orders typically take between 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. We use priority shipping for all live plants to ensure they spend the least amount of time in transit and arrive at your "nest" healthy and vibrant.

How do you handle international customs and duties?

While we take every precaution to package your plants for a smooth journey, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Because we ship without heavy pots, our packages are often easier for customs to process, but we recommend checking your local regulations regarding the import of live plants before placing a large order.

Are the pots included with my order?

To ensure your plants arrive safely and to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, we ship our plants bare-root or in lightweight nursery plugs. Excluding heavy ceramic or clay pots allows us to significantly reduce the package weight, preventing high shipping fees and minimizing potential customs surcharges. This also ensures the roots are carefully packed and protected during their journey!

Will my plant survive a long international trip?

Absolutely. Cacti and succulents are incredibly resilient. We use professional-grade moisture-retention wraps for the roots and breathable packaging for the body. By shipping without pots, we can focus on keeping the plant itself secure, hydrated, and ready to be potted as soon as it reaches you.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Don't worry! We have a Live Arrival Guarantee. Just snap a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
